Heart Centred Massage Therapy

​Jo Campling holds a Diploma in
​Wellness & Relaxation Massage (Level 5), gained through Wellpark College of Natural Therapies.

She has completed the Second Degree course in the Reiki method of natural healing administered by Reiki Master Kana Yamaguchi.

In addition, Jo is Level 4 NZ qualified in Health and Wellbeing Support Work.

Jo divides her time between working as a Complementary Therapist across 3 Harbour Hospice sites, and in her own Massage Therapy business.

Jo is a registered member of Massage New Zealand (MNZ), the only massage therapy specific membership body in New Zealand for professional Massage Therapists.

New Zealand born and bred, I spent 2 decades of my working life in the corporate world. In 2018 I arrived at a critical turning point where I chose to stop doing the work that didn't inspire me and took a leap of faith into the unknown.

I quit my job, studied to become a Massage Therapist and fell into caregiving. It felt so natural and I fell in love with the work. I had finally discovered my true purpose in life - to be of service to others. I had rediscovered my own heart.

In 2025 the stars aligned and I am currently working as a Complementary Therapist for Harbour Hospice where we share the values of Compassion, Professionalism and Inclusivity.

​ I also provide Relaxation & Therapeutic Massage from my home clinic, and operate a mobile and Corporate Chair Service.
